Instead of going into detail about Gabriel Garcia Marquez’ writing style or the topic of his novels, he describes his life using Gabriels own words from interviews as well as video footage from his life.

The speaker describes the Gabriels writing style as a blend of fiction and reality where you cannot tell where one ends and the other begins, however, when speaking about Gabriel’s life, it sounds very autobiographical.

He used reflection to show all of the many accomplishments of Gabriel, including his receipt of the Nobel Peace Prize.
